KUALA LUMPUR: Boustead Holdings Bhd and PT MarkPlus Indonesia (MCorp) have partnered to strengthen the former's leadership pipeline and organisational capabilities as part of efforts to establish Boustead Academy.

The collaboration, led by Boustead's group human capital management division, is aimed at accelerating the company's transformation into a high-performance organisation through leadership development, a performance-driven culture and organisational improvements.

MCorp provides corporate education, market research, consulting, media and meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) services across Asia.

It also manages the Kotler Marketing Institute in collaboration with Kotler Marketing Group China.
