KUALA LUMPUR: SP Setia Bhd's unit Perumahan Kinrara Bhd and Help Kinrara Sdn Bhd have signed a build-and-lease agreement for a new international school in Bandar Kinrara.

SP Setia will develop the purpose-built campus, and Help will lease and operate it as the fourth school in the group, targeted to open in August 2029.

The international school will be developed on a 0.81-hectare site within the 6.45-hectare commercial land parcel in Bandar Kinrara.

It is planned as a six-storey campus with an indicative gross floor area of 176,085 square feet and capacity for more than 1,000 students.
