MIRI (Oct 2): Curtin University Malaysia and DriverAI (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd have forged a strategic collaboration to expand opportunities in artificial intelligence (AI), quantum computing, advanced engineering, research, talent development and technology commercialisation.

The partnership was formalised through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on Sept 28 at the State Transport Ministry’s office in Kuching.

The MoU was signed by DriverAI founder and chief executive officer Cary Tantlinger and Curtin Malaysia pro vice-chancellor, president and chief executive Prof Vincent Lee, witnessed by Transport Minister and Curtin Malaysia Management Committee chairman Dato Sri Lee Kim Shin.
