Ground reports cited by CodeBlue, a healthcare news outlet, indicate that between 70 and 76 per cent of newly appointed Grade UD10 medical officers failed to report to their assigned postings on the designated date.

At least four hospitals in Sabah and Sarawak — Beluran, Keningau, and Sipitang in Sabah, and Kanowit in Sarawak — recorded zero arrivals.
