(EPA Images pic)KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian motorcycling fans have been urged to turn up in droves to give their full support to national sensation Hakim Danish Ramli when he makes his Moto3 home debut at the 2026 Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix at the Sepang circuit on Oct 30-Nov 1.
Hakim secured several podium finishes and a race victory in his debut season in the world championship. His performance was described by Sepang circuit chief executive Azhan Shafriman Hanif as a historic and immensely proud moment.
“Hakim has done very, very well this year. For a rookie, we have seen in the past how difficult it is to get on the podium. He has proven himself by securing podium finishes, and to win a race in his first year is absolutely amazing," he said at a MotoGP press conference today.
