Pakatan Harapan election director Amirudin Shari said the list of candidates will be finalised by PH chairman Anwar Ibrahim and the component party leaders before it is announced on Oct 24.KUALA LUMPUR: Pakatan Harapan had identified its candidates for the Melaka state election two years ago, said the coalition’s election director, Amirudin Shari.
“We did it (identified the candidates) a long time ago,” he said when asked if PH had decided on its candidates for the Nov 14 election.
He said PH chairman Anwar Ibrahim and the component party leaders will finalise the list before announcing the candidates on Oct 24.
Asked if PH will field many new faces, Amirudin only said the candidates come from diverse backgrounds.
