KLANG: Pakatan Harapan is expected to announce its candidates for the Melaka state election within the next one or two weeks, says PH election director Amirudin Shari.
He said election preparations have been progressing smoothly over the past two months. "Our machinery is moving and ready. It is only the coordination, alignment, and mutual understanding that are yet to be finalised," he said. The candidates would be announced "in the near future - within a week or two".
Asked about PH's cooperation with Bersatu for the state election, Amirudin said PH remains open to discussions if there is room for such collaboration. "If not, we are ready to contest based on our existing capacity and understanding," he said.
