The government has asked the Malaysian Highway Authority and Prosignal Consortium Sdn Bhd, which jointly operate the TuJu app, to explain the technical disruptions occurring in the past few days.PETALING JAYA: The provider of the TuJu navigation app says its technical team is working on restoring and improving the app’s navigation functions following disruptions flagged by users in the past few days.
Prosignal Consortium Sdn Bhd apologised for the disruptions and said the restoration and improvement work was targeted for completion by Nov 6.
“Our priority is to ensure navigation functions return to stable and smooth operation and fulfil users' travel needs.
“We will announce developments on the restoration work via TuJu’s official channels. At the moment, the app’s other functions can be used as normal,” it said in a statement today.
