KUALA LUMPUR: The family of the late Noorizwan Zulkefly, who died in police custody at the Cheras district police headquarters, wants members of parliament to raise the matter in the Dewan Rakyat.
They also urged Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail to clarify the status of the investigation into the case.
In addition, the family sought explanations regarding the injuries allegedly sustained by Noorizwan and the action taken against the policemen.
Noorizwan's younger sibling, Nooranis Zulkefly, said the family demanded justice for their brother's death, which had now entered its 27th day.
