KUALA LUMPUR: Aeon Bank (M) Bhd has introduced an artificial intelligence (AI) powered feature to help customers track their financial habits and improve budgeting through its digital banking app.
The feature, called Financial Purr-Sona, is available free through the bank's Neko Sensei AI personal financial coach.
It analyses customers' activities across four areas: saving, spending, financial planning and settling payments or financing.
Based on the analysis, customers are assigned one of four personas: Tauke Tabung, Planner Pro Max, Boss Anti-Bazir or Hutang Slayer.
