(@alyaaanblh/Threads pic)KUALA LUMPUR: A window of a KTM Komuter Utara coach was shattered by an object thrown from outside yesterday while the train was travelling between Arau and Kodiang.
“KTMB took immediate action after being alerted by the train driver, clearing the affected coach and restricting passenger access to it as a safety measure," the railway said in a statement today.
“Auxiliary police were deployed to help manage passenger movement and ensure the situation inside the affected coach remained under control,” it said, adding that the train resumed its journey, 21 minutes later than scheduled.
