PETALING JAYA: Perikatan Nasional has filed a judicial review application challenging two notices from the Registrar of Societies against the coalition.
PN secretary-general Takiyuddin Hassan said the application was filed at the Kuala Lumpur High Court today by the secretaries-general of PN's component parties, with RoS director-general Zulkifar Ahmad and home minister Saifuddin Nasution Ismail named as respondents.
He said PN also filed a certificate of urgency seeking an expedited hearing on its standing as a registered political coalition.
