KUALA LUMPUR: Perikatan Nasional (PN) has filed a judicial review application at the High Court here to quash two notices issued by the Registrar of Societies (RoS), including an order suspending all coalition activities.

PN secretary-general Datuk Seri Takiyuddin Hassan said the application, filed on Monday morning, lists five secretaries-general from PN component parties as applicants.

They are Takiyuddin, who is also Pas secretary-general, Wong Chia Zhen (Gerakan), Santhish Kumar Neelamehan (MIPP), Datuk Seri Saifuddin Abdullah (Wawasan), and Datuk Sahazmi Miah (Pejuang).

The application names RoS director-general Datuk Mohammad Zulfikar Ahmad and Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail as respondents.
