MPs are expected to ask about recovering payments for the TSGP and MPP projects, reportedly 88% paid but only 13% complete, in the Dewan Rakyat today.

KUALA LUMPUR: Efforts to recover payments made for the Trans-Sabah Gas Pipeline (TSGP) and Multi-Product Pipeline (MPP) projects, as well as tighter security at the country’s borders, are among the issues expected to be raised in the Dewan Rakyat today.

According to the Order Paper on Parliament’s official website, during Ministers’ Question Time, Datuk Jonathan Yasin (GRS-Ranau) will ask the Prime Minister about measures to recover payments for the TSGP and MPP projects, which reportedly received 88 per cent of their total payments, amounting to RM8.3 billion, despite being only 13 per cent complete.
