The Court of Appeal has allowed lawyer Mahajoth Singh’s appeal to initiate judicial review proceedings against two MACC orders, remitting the case back to the High Court to determine issues surrounding solicitor-client privilege.

PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal today granted lawyer Mahajoth Singh leave to commence a judicial review challenging two orders issued by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) against him.
