KUALA LUMPUR: Tennis Malaysia (TM) has requested additional support from the National Sports Council (NSC) for Mitsuki Leong ahead of next year's Malaysia SEA Games.
TM secretary Kamaruzzaman Kedah said Mitsuki deserves additional support as he is now the top-ranked men's singles player in Southeast Asia.
"NSC will be supporting us for the SEA Games campaign and we are working closely with them," said Kamaruzzaman when contacted yesterday.
"We have requested additional support for Mitsuki and NSC said they will definitely consider this.
