KUALA LUMPUR: Binastra Corp Bhd's unit Binastra Builders Sdn Bhd has secured a RM303.8 million contract from PTT Synexis Sdn Bhd to build an automated storage and retrieval system warehouse facility in Klang.
The company said the contract is an opportunity to broaden its construction portfolio into specialised industrial infrastructure and strengthen its capabilities in delivering complex, technology-enabled warehouse facilities.
The scope of work includes piling and construction of a single-storey warehouse with a mezzanine floor, a three-storey office building, two mechanical and electrical buildings, a five-storey car park, a container yard depot and other ancillary facilities.
Construction is scheduled to commence on Nov 11, with completion expected in less than 11 months.
