In a statement, Umno secretary-general Asyraf Wajdi Dusuki said the party managed to collect enough funds through its donation drive, launched in September.
"We would like to thank members and the public for their contributions," he added.
Najib's lawyer Farhan Shafee and special officer Lutfi Azhar were earlier seen approaching the High Court payment counter at the lobby before proceeding to the criminal registry office.
