SINGAPORE, Nov 7 — A Go-Ahead Singapore bus captain was verbally abused and allegedly threatened by a male commuter on Wednesday (November 4).
This is the fourth such reported case since May, despite the recent sentencing of a man to 11 months’ imprisonment for punching a SBS Transit bus captain.
The latest incident on board Go-Ahead Singapore (GAS)-operated bus service 136 happened along Ang Mo Kio Avenue 6.
A video of the incident circulating on social media shows a male commuter standing next to the bus captain while the bus is in transit.
