(Facebook pic)KUALA LUMPUR: Police are appealing for witnesses to an accident involving a motorcycle and a lorry at KM13.1 of the Cheras-Kajang Highway yesterday, which claimed the life of the 23-year-old motorcyclist.
Kajang police chief Naazron Abdul Yusof said a report on the accident was received at about 6pm.
He said preliminary investigations found that the victim, who was travelling from Kuala Lumpur towards Kajang, was believed to have lost control before falling onto the road.
"The lorry which was moving straight ahead could not avoid the victim in time and ran him over, causing his death at the scene," he said in a statement today.
