MACC received an official complaint last Wednesday on the RM314 million arrears owed by MyEG Sdn Bhd and Zetrix AI Bhd.PETALING JAYA: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) will work with the police to investigate the RM314 million arrears MyEG Sdn Bhd and Zetrix AI Bhd owe the road transport department (JPJ).
MACC said it received an official complaint on the issue last Wednesday and would work closely with the police to share information under their respective jurisdictions.
"The police will share any information they have if there are elements of corruption for MACC to act on," it said in a statement.
The anti-graft agency also urged parties with further information on the matter to come forward.
