NEW YORK: Singer and actress Selena Gomez has warned fans about the dangers of vaping, admitting that the habit has permanently altered her voice.
Speaking on her Instagram Story on Sunday, the 34-year-old opened up about her struggle to quit nicotine. She said: "I'm not gonna be able to change my voice. I vaped nicotine a lot."
"Nicotine is so hard to quit, and I think I just wanted to say, if you're going through it or if you're even trying to vape, it's just not worth it."
Gomez described starting the habit as "stupid" and admitted that quitting has been "really hard", but she is doing her best to stay on track.
