(File pic)PETALING JAYA: A government retiree pleaded not guilty in the Kangar sessions court today to three charges involving the alleged sexual assault of one girl and the use of criminal force against another about two months ago.
Annuar Abdullah, 72, entered his plea after the charges were read to him before judge Sharifah Norazlita Syed Salim Idid, Bernama reported.
The first two charges allege that Annuar sexually assaulted a girl aged 11 years and five months at a house along Lorong 4, Jalan Usama, Kangar, at 6.30pm on Aug 11.
The third charge alleges that he used criminal force against a girl aged 10 years and 11 months by pulling both her legs with the intention of outraging her modesty at the same place, time and date.
