MASJID TANAH: Pakatan Harapan candidate for the Kuala Linggi seat, Mohammad Mukhlisul Mubin, wants to champion a performance- and service-based approach to politics rather than merely shaping public perception through campaigns.
The 25-year-old, better known as Muklis Mubin, said this approach must be reflected in efforts to address local issues, including fishermen's welfare, flooding, employment opportunities and internet connectivity, which still require attention.
He said these issues should not only be addressed by him but also collectively championed by all candidates contesting the election to ensure they receive attention at the appropriate level.
"We want to serve the people of Kuala Linggi wholeheartedly.
