LONDON, Nov 3 (Bernama-Xinhua) -- International Maritime Organisation (IMO) Secretary-General Arsenio Dominguez on Monday declined to confirm whether mines had been cleared from the Strait of Hormuz, warning that passage remained unsafe, reported Xinhua.
