Jaclyn Victor amazed by e-sports potential after debut performance at MPL Malaysia Season 18
KUALA LUMPUR: Her first experience performing for thousands of e-sports fans has given singer Jaclyn Victor a fresh perspective on the industry’s immense potential to boost the country’s creative sector.
The singer, known for her powerful high-pitched vocals, admitted she never expected e-sports tournaments to attract such big crowds. She said she also witnessed firsthand the excitement surrounding e-sports events, which provide opportunities for musical performances.
Jaclyn performed at the ‘CelcomDigi Dream Stage’, held recently in conjunction with the professional e-sports league, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Malaysia Season 18, at Stadium Juara in Bukit Kiara here.
