KUCHING (Oct 2): The Election Commission (EC) should address what two civil society groups describe as ‘unjustified’ voter imbalances among Sarawak constituencies before issuing the second display of its proposed boundaries.
Rise of Social Efforts (ROSE) and Projek Stability and Accountability for Malaysia (Projek SAMA) said the first display had improved the balance among state constituencies, but serious disparities remained, particularly among parliamentary seats.
