Jalaluddin denies move to table no-confidence motion against MB

Negeri Sembilan Umno chief Jalaluddin Alias said the state government is running smoothly and there is no leadership crisis.PETALING JAYA: Negeri Sembilan Umno chief Jalaluddin Alias has denied claims he intends to table a motion of no confidence against menteri besar Ismail Lasim during the coming state assembly meeting.

Jalaluddin said no discussions regarding the matter had taken place.

"It is untrue. There are no plans or discussions whatsoever to table a no-confidence motion against the menteri besar. Why would I do such a thing?" he told FMT.

The Pertang assemblyman said the state administration is running smoothly and there is no leadership crisis.
