PUTRAJAYA, Oct 15 (Bernama) -- Datuk Zul Hadi Ahmad has been appointed as Sabah Federal Secretary, effective tomorrow (Oct 16), Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Shamsul Azri Abu Bakar announced.
