PASIR MAS: A man pleaded guilty at the magistrate's court here today to three charges, including ramming a General Operations Force (GOF) personnel with a car on Oct 24.

Abdul Hakim Abdul Halim, 35, entered the pleas before magistrate Wan Abdullah Mohd Rodzlad.

For the first charge, Hakim was accused of intentionally obstructing Corporal Mohd Abdul Fattah Isa, a GOF personnel on duty, by ramming him with a car at Lorong Kecil, Jalan Kedai Lama, Pasir Mas, at 1.50pm on Oct 24.

The offence, under Section 186 of the Penal Code, carries a maximum jail term of two years, a fine of up to RM10,000, or both.
