KAJANG: Melaka Pakatan Harapan chairman Adly Zahari is the coalition's poster boy for the Melaka election
PH election director Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari said the coalition had agreed to name Adly as its candidate for chief minister if it wins a majority.
"Adly is a good candidate, as are several others, but for now, the consensus is to name Adly as our candidate for chief minister if we secure a majority," he told reporters after the closing ceremony of the 2026 National Hawkers and Small Traders Day.
