MAG, the parent company of national carrier Malaysia Airlines, said it is actively advancing key strategic projects to support the momentum of its next phase of transformation.PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) has obtained the highest possible rating for its Islamic sukuk programme from MARC Ratings, in the agency's inaugural credit rating of the aviation firm.
In a press release, MAG said this reflected the group's steady financial discipline, operational performance and ongoing execution of the third iteration of its long-term business plan.
It said the rating reinforced its strategic position as the parent company of national carrier Malaysia Airlines and Malaysia's top integrated aviation services provider.
