KUCHING (Nov 2): Sarawak is moving towards becoming a creator of technology rather than merely a consumer, as it seeks to keep pace with rapid advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), data security, and other emerging technologies, said Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg.
The caretaker Premier said Sarawak must be able to adapt to technological developments and, where possible, develop its own solutions to address emerging challenges, including the detection of false data.
“Now, we have the problem of data being abused, as well as scams, and the spread of false data, and these issues have to be detected.
