Zetrix AI Bhd’s arrears to the road transport department include fees and summonses collected since May.

PETALING JAYA: Zetrix AI Bhd says it is in discussions to resolve the suspension of its road transport department (JPJ) services, which took effect today.

In a Bursa Malaysia filing, the company confirmed that its collection services for JPJ had been suspended and said it would make further announcements on any material developments.

The suspension followed reports that Zetrix owed JPJ more than RM200 million in funds collected from customers for vehicle road tax, driving licence renewals and traffic summonses.

Transport minister Loke Siew Fook said Zetrix AI’s arrears to JPJ involved fees and summonses collected since May this year.
