KUALA LUMPUR: Popular actress Janna Nick has successfully completed her master's degree in filmmaking in the United Kingdom with top marks after a year of hard work.
The 31-year-old, whose real name is Nurul Jannah Muner, described the achievement as one of the most meaningful moments of her life, having overcome numerous challenges along the way.
"I have successfully finished my filmmaking degree in the UK with excellent results. I've been back home in Malaysia for two weeks now," she told Berita Harian yesterday.
"I will be heading back to the UK later for my graduation ceremony. Praise be to God, all the hard work has truly paid off."
Reflecting on her time abroad, Janna explained why she kept her student routine quiet on social media. She wanted to focus fully on her modules and avoid negative online chatter.
