PAS information chief Ahmad Fadhli Shaari said the coalition needed to offer a viable alternative to Anwar, who is the face of Pakatan Harapan.

"I cannot deny that we are facing a challenge in terms of identifying a candidate who can give PMX a run for his money," he said, referring to the prime minister by his moniker.

Speaking in the latest episode of the Keluar Sekejap podcast, the Pasir Mas MP said Anwar had an edge in his image and approach, especially among the youth.
