Nooryana Najwa Najib has expressed deep disappointment over the AGC’s decision to defer her father’s house arrest order despite the family having paid the RM50 million fine and complied with all required conditions.

KUALA LUMPUR: Nooryana Najwa Najib has voiced her frustration over the Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC) decision to defer the implementation of the house arrest order for her father, former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak.

She said the family had been informed that Najib would be released from Kajang Prison and return to their Langgak Duta residence at about 5pm yesterday, following the payment of the RM50 million fine at noon and submission of the court order to prison authorities.
