Transport minister Loke Siew Fook said data such as passenger numbers, service frequency and train schedules could be accessed by prospective app developers.KUALA LUMPUR: There have been no disruptions to the road transport department’s (JPJ) services following the suspension of Zetrix AI Bhd as a collection agent, says transport minister Loke Siew Fook.
He said the public had alternative channels to access JPJ services, adding that there had been no problems over the past two weeks.
“Payments for traffic summonses and other services are handled through MyJPJ. We have not encountered any problems over the past two weeks.
“Road tax and vehicle licence renewal services remain accessible to the public as usual, and many people have switched to using the MyJPJ app. There have been no issues,” he said in a press conference here.
